This lecture series, which took place throughout 2019 as part of the Anthropocene India initiative, aimed to provide a multi-disciplinary platform in order to better understand the complexities of anthropogenic processes. Covering various topics and with a focus on the region of India, the series critiques the meaning and implications of the term “Anthropocene,” a term which depoliticizes the current ecological crisis.
